Click the Apply to Trade button and complete our application form. Once reviewed and approved we'll send you an invoice for your £10 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.
A 3x3 gazebo space is £30 per day. A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due two months before the event.
Yes. All traders must bring their own 3x3m commercial-strength gazebo, weighted appropriately with a minimum of 12kg per leg.
The £10 deposit is non-refundable. A refund of the stall balance may be considered if sufficient notice is given and we are able to find a replacement trader. Refunds where applicable will be the stall fee less the PayPal fee.
In the event of extreme adverse weather causing us to cancel, refunds will be at Black Lotus Markets' discretion and will be a percentage of the stall fee taking into account pre-event expenses.
Yes. All traders must hold a minimum of £1 million Public Liability Insurance. Your certificate must be current and submitted with your application.
Yes. All traders must carry out a Risk Assessment for their stall and submit a copy with their application.
Yes, if you are using any electrical equipment at your stall it must have up to date Portable Appliance Testing.
Yes if your setup requires gas. This must be submitted with your application.
Yes where applicable to your setup. All traders must provide suitable fire safety equipment.
Parking costs are the responsibility of each trader. Day parking is currently £4. Annual parking packages are available through Leeds City Council.
Not at Artisan Markets. We don't allow duplicated stalls to ensure variety for visitors. At Family Fun Days duplicated stalls may be accepted but will be positioned separately across the site.
Yes, entry to all Black Lotus Markets events is completely free for visitors.
All markets run from 10am to 4pm.
Temple Newsam is located at Temple Newsam Road, Leeds, LS15 0AE. It is accessible via the M1 junction 46 and by bus routes 19 and 19A from Leeds city centre.
Yes, paid parking is available on site. Up to 2 hours £1.20, up to 4 hours £2.70, up to 12 hours £4.50.
